Individuals may check eligibility and register for COVID-19 clinics for the Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) at https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov/ (recommended browser is Google Chrome) where you will be prompted with eligibility questions and provided with a list of available clinic/provider locations within 20 miles of your zip code. PLEASE NOTE: If it is the end of the month, you may need to use the arrow (>) in the calendar section to tab to the next month to see appointment availability for the next week.
After verifying eligibility, appointment availability, and completion of the registration process, you will be provided a confirmation number via email or mobile phone text with your appointment information. Please be sure to bring that confirmation number, e-mail, or text with you to the vaccine clinic to check-in. To speed up your check-in process, we are strongly encouraging everyone scheduled, to please download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring the completed form, along with your confirmation code to your appointment.
For those individuals who do not have access to the internet, you may call our main line at at 330-675-2489, Option 0 for assistance in getting scheduled.
Vaccination appointment scheduling is dependent upon the availability of vaccine provided to Trumbull County. Appointment availability for the health district clinics are posted weekly. You may have to check back frequently for available appointments.
